Official Rules and Regulations
1. CONTEST
1.1 The SUPER TOAST TRUE NORTH CANNABIS CO. GIVEAWAY (the “Contest”) is sponsored by True North Cannabis Co. (the “Sponsor”) and administered by Pure Sunfarms Corp. (“PSF” or the “Administrator”). The Contest provides eligible Ontario residents with a chance to win a Munchie Madness Kit with an approximate retail value of one hundred Canadian dollars ($100 CAD) per Prize (as defined below).
2. CONTEST PERIOD
2.1 The Contest opens at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 1, 2026 and closes at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
3. ELIGIBILITY
3.1 The Contest is sponsored by True North Cannabis Co. (the “Sponsor”) and administered by Pure Sunfarms Corp. (“PSF” or the “Administrator”). The Contest is open to legal residents of the Province of Ontario who are nineteen (19) years of age or older at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible to enter or win: employees, agents, representatives, officers, directors, and shareholders of the Sponsor, the Administrator, and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotional partners, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers, as well as the immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons domiciled with any such individuals.
3.2 The Sponsor or Administrator may, in its sole and absolute discretion, disqualify any individual from participation in the Contest and/or refuse to award a Prize where the individual has entered or attempted to enter the Contest by:
(a) providing false or misleading information; and/or
(b) any means which would prejudice other Participants in the Contest, whether contrary to these Rules and Regulations or through fraudulent or illegal means.
3.3 Participation in the Contest constitutes unconditional acceptance by the participant (“Participant”) of these Rules and Regulations and the decisions of the Sponsor or Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects.
4. HOW TO ENTER
4.1 NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase a Participant’s chances of winning.
4.2 To enter the Contest, a Participant must complete both of the following steps during the Contest Period: (a) visit a participating True North Cannabis Co. retail location and complete an in-store sign-up form with the required information (full legal name, telephone number, email address, and mailing address); and (b) visit the PSF landing page at [INSERT LANDING PAGE URL] and subscribe to the PSF newsletter using the same email address provided in step (a). Both steps must be completed to constitute a valid entry (each a “Contest Entry”). Entries that do not include both a completed in-store sign-up and a confirmed newsletter subscription will be deemed incomplete and ineligible.

4.4 Limit of one (1) Contest Entry per person, per location, during the Contest Period.
4.5 All Contest Entries become the property of the Sponsor and Administrator and will not be returned.
5. DRAW
5.1 On or about March 31, 2026 (the “Draw Date”), five (5) Contest Entries will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Contest Entries received across all participating locations during the Contest Period. The draw will be conducted by a representative of the Administrator at 4431 80th St, Delta, BC V4K 3N3 (the “Draw Location”).
5.2 Each selected Participant is a “Selected Participant.” The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Contest Entries received during the Contest Period.
6. PRIZES
6.1 There are a total of five (5) prizes available to be won (each a “Prize”). Each Prize consists of one (1) Munchie Madness Kit containing:
· One (1) All-In-One Hot Dog Toaster
· One (1) Super Toast long sleeve shirt
· One (1) Candy Kit
6.2 The approximate retail value of each Prize is one hundred Canadian dollars ($50 CAD). The total approximate retail value of all Prizes is five hundred Canadian dollars ($150 CAD).
6.3 Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash. No substitutions will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s sole discretion. The Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if any component of the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PRIZE CLAIM
7.1 Each Selected Participant will be contacted by the Administrator by email and/or telephone within five (5) business days following the Draw Date.
7.2 If the Administrator is unable to contact a Selected Participant within seven (7) days following the Draw Date, or if a Selected Participant does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, or if a Selected Participant does not accept the Prize in accordance with these Rules and Regulations, the Selected Participant will be disqualified and the Administrator will select another eligible Contest Entry at random.
7.3 Before being declared a winner and receiving a Prize, each Selected Participant must:
be reached by telephone and/or email by the Administrator within the timeframe set out in Section 7.2;
(b) provide proof of identity and age by presenting valid government-issued photo identification;
correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (whether mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Administrator;
sign and return a Declaration and Release Form in the form provided by the Administrator within the time period specified therein; and
(e) otherwise comply with these Rules and Regulations.
7.4 If a Selected Participant fails to satisfy any condition in Section 7.3, the Sponsor or Administrator may disqualify that Selected Participant and select an alternate winner by random draw.
7.5 Prizes will be delivered to confirmed winners by mail, courier, or in-store pickup, as determined by the Administrator, within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks following verification and completion of all required documentation.
7.6 By accepting a Prize, the winner grants the Sponsor, Administrator, and their respective promotional partners (including for clarity Pure Sunfarms Corp. and its affiliates) the right to use the winner’s name, city and province of residence, photograph, likeness, and statements regarding the Contest for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
8. GENERAL RULES AND CONDITIONS
8.1 The Sponsor or Administrator is not responsible for any Contest Entries that are lost, stolen, destroyed, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or delayed for any reason.
8.2 All Contest Entries are subject to verification by the Sponsor or Administrator. Any Contest Entry that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise not in compliance with these Rules and Regulations will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor or Administrator.
8.3 Decisions of the Sponsor or Administrator with respect to all aspects of the Contest are final and binding.
8.4 The Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest. The Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Contest.
8.5 The Sponsor or Administrator reserves the right to modify these Rules and Regulations at any time, provided that no such modification materially affects the rights of Participants who have already entered.
8.6 For the purposes of these Rules and Regulations, the Participant is the person whose name appears on the Contest Entry. This is the person who will be awarded the Prize if selected and eligible.
8.7 These Rules and Regulations govern the Contest. In the event of any discrepancy between these Rules and Regulations and any other Contest-related materials, these Rules and Regulations shall prevail.
8.8 The Contest is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
8.9 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and Participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of Ontario.
9. PRIVACY
9.1 By entering the Contest, each Participant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of his or her personal information (including name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address) by the Sponsor and the Administrator for the purposes of administering the Contest, including contacting potential winners, verifying eligibility, and delivering Prizes. By subscribing to the Administrator’s newsletter as part of the entry process, each Participant further consents to receiving marketing communications from the Administrator in accordance with the Administrator’s privacy policy. Participants may unsubscribe from the Administrator’s newsletter at any time; however, unsubscribing prior to the Draw Date may result in disqualification.
9.2 The Sponsor and Administrator will not use or disclose a Participant’s personal information for any purpose other than as set out in these Rules and Regulations unless express consent is obtained from the Participant. 10. RELEASE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
BY ENTERING THE CONTEST, EACH PARTICIPANT EXPRESSLY AGREES TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PROMOTIONAL PARTNERS (INCLUDING PURE SUNFARMS CORP. AND ITS AFFILIATES), ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, PRIZE SUPPLIERS, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, THE “RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO: (A) PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST; (B) THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE; (C) ANY BREACH OF THESE RULES AND REGULATIONS; OR (D) ANY CLAIMS BASED ON PUBLICITY RIGHTS, DEFAMATION, INVASION OF PRIVACY, COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT, OR TRADEMARK INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY OF THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST OR ANY PRIZE.
EACH PRIZE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
