Super Toast Pick Your Flavourite Team Official Rules
1. CONTEST OVERVIEW AND ELIGIBILITY
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. The “Pick Your Flavourite Team” Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Pure Sunfarms Corp., 4431 80th Street, Delta, BC V4K 3N3 (the “Sponsor”). The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time on June 16, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on July 7, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entry is via the Sponsor’s designated social media accounts and newsletter.
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. The following persons are not eligible: employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, contractors, retailers, and advertising or promotional agencies of the Sponsor, together with the immediate family members and household members of any such persons.
2. HOW TO ENTER
During the Contest Period, eligible entrants may enter by voting for their favourite Liquid Demons flavour team (Sweet, Tangy, or Tropical) through the designated entry method on the Sponsor’s social media channels or by signing up to the Sponsor’s newsletter, as specified in the applicable Contest posting.
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, STORE VISIT, RECEIPT, OR POINT-OF-SALE INTERACTION IS REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase a participant’s odds of winning.
Limit: one (1) entry per person for the duration of the Contest Period. Any attempt to obtain more than one entry by using multiple identities, accounts, or other methods will void all entries submitted by that person.
3. PRIZE, ODDS, AND WINNER SELECTION
One (1) prize is available, consisting of one (1) Super Toast prize pack (approximate retail value: CAD $100.00). The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, assignable, or redeemable for cash.
One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest period. The draw will take place on or about July 8, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Sponsor will arrange fulfilment and shipping of the prize to the confirmed winner at no cost to the winner. Delivery timelines may vary by location.
4. WINNER NOTIFICATION, SKILL-TESTING QUESTION, AND CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE
The selected winner will be notified by email, direct message, or other available contact method within five (5) business days of the draw. The winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification and must: (a) correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance; and (b) execute and return a declaration of compliance with these Official Rules, a release of liability, and an eligibility confirmation, all in a form satisfactory to the Sponsor. If the winner fails to respond, cannot be reached, or does not satisfy any condition, the Sponsor may disqualify that entrant and select an alternate winner by random draw.
5. GENERAL CONDITIONS, PRIVACY, LIABILITY, AND GOVERNING LAW
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any factor interferes with its proper conduct. By entering, each entrant grants the Sponsor permission to use their name, city of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation. The Sponsor collects personal information solely to administer the Contest in accordance with its privacy policy at https://puresunfarms.com/terms-and-conditions/privacy-policy/. Entrants release Instagram, Facebook, and any other social media platform from all liability related to the Contest. The Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, and agents are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation. This Contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
