Liquid Demons Pick Your Flavourite Team Contest
Sponsor: Pure Sunfarms Corp.
Contest Period: June 1, 2026 to July 31, 2026.
Eligibility: Open to residents of Ontario and British Columbia aged 19+ at the time of entry.
How to Enter: No purchase necessary. Visit a participating retail location, complete a ballot with your name, phone number and email address, select your favourite Liquid Demons flavour team, and deposit the ballot in the ballot box. Limit one (1) entry per person across all participating locations.
Prizes: Five (5) winners per participating store location. Each winner receives one (1) Super Toast prize pack consisting of a Super Toast t-shirt and sticker (approximate retail value: $20 CAD).
Draw: On or about July 31, 2026, five (5) ballots will be randomly drawn from the ballot box at each participating store location by store staff. Selected entrants must correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without assistance to be declared a winner.
Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each participating location.See below for full terms and conditions.
Official Contest Rules
1. CONTEST SPONSOR. Liquid Demons Pick Your Flavourite Team Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Pure Sunfarms Corp. (the “Sponsor”).
2. CONTEST PERIOD. The Contest begins at the opening of business on June 1, 2026, and ends at the close of business on July 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.
3. ELIGIBILITY. The Contest is open to legal residents of the provinces of Ontario and British Columbia who have reached the age of 19+ at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and the participating retail store locations including their employees (collectively, the “Contest Parties”), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, child) and household members of any of the foregoing, are not eligible to enter.
4. HOW TO ENTER. No purchase necessary. To enter, visit a participating retail store location during the Contest Period, complete a paper ballot by providing your full name, phone number, and a valid email address, select your favourite Liquid Demons flavour team, and deposit the completed ballot in the designated ballot box. The flavour team selection is collected for informational purposes only and does not affect eligibility or the odds of winning.
Entry Limit: Limit one (1) entry per person across all participating store locations during the Contest Period. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first eligible entry will be included in the draw, and all subsequent entries will be void.
5. PRIZES. There are 5 prizes available to be won per participating store location. Each prize consists of one (1) Super Toast prize pack containing a Super Toast branded t-shirt and sticker (approximate retail value: $20 CAD each) (each, a “Prize”).Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, assignable, or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at the Sponsor’s and applicable participating retailer’s sole discretion. The Sponsor and applicable participating retailer reserves the right to substitute a Prize of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION. On or about July 31, 2026, at each participating store location, five (5) ballots will be randomly drawn from the ballot box by store personnel. Each selected entrant will be contacted at the email address or phone number provided on the ballot and will be required to: (a) correctly answer, without assistance of any kind (mechanical or otherwise), a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by store personnel: (50 + 10) × 2 = ? (Answer: 120); and (b) sign and return a declaration and release form, if required by the Sponsor or applicable participating retailer, within seven (7) days of notification. If a selected entrant cannot be contacted within five (5) business days of the draw, fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question, fails to return required documentation within the specified time, or is found to be ineligible, the selected entrant will be disqualified and an alternate entrant may be drawn from the remaining eligible ballots at that location. Prizes will be made available for pickup at the participating store location where the winning ballot was drawn. The Sponsor and the participating retail store locations are not responsible for unclaimed prizes. Each participating store is solely responsible for the draw, winner notification, STQ administration, and prize distribution, and the Sponsor has no involvement in these activities.
7. ODDS OF WINNING. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received at each participating store location.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS. By entering the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and applicable participating retailer, which are final and binding on all matters relating to this Contest. The Sponsor and applicable participating retailer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Contest, in whole or in part, should any cause beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. By accepting a Prize, each winner: (i) grants the Sponsor the right to use the winner’s name, city/province of residence, and likeness for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (ii) releases the Contest Parties from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize. The Contest Parties are not responsible for: (a) incomplete, illegible, lost, stolen, late, misdirected, or damaged ballots; (b) any printing, typographical, or other errors in any Contest materials; or (c) any injury, damage, or loss of any kind arising from participation in the Contest or from the acceptance, possession, or use of a Prize.
9. PRIVACY. Personal information collected from entrants (including name, phone, and email address) will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, including contacting winners, and in accordance with Section 8 above. By entering, each entrant consents to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information for these purposes. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s and/or applicable participating retailer/s privacy policy.
10. DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW. This Contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Contest shall be resolved in the courts of the Province of British Columbia. By entering, each entrant submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.
